1. ELIGIBILITY

2. COURSE ACCESS

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate digital access to the course materials.

3. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • All payments are due in full at the time of purchase.

  • All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be given as this is a digital product with immediate access.

  • By purchasing, you agree not to dispute charges or request chargebacks through your bank or credit card provider. If you initiate a chargeback, your access to the Program, including all materials and coaching, will be terminated immediately. The Company also reserves the right to recover the original payment amount, along with any associated costs or fees incurred as a result of the chargeback.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content within the course including videos, templates, guides, logos, and written materials are the sole property of the Company.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the course for your own personal or business development.

  • You may not share, resell, distribute, reproduce, or claim ownership of any part of the course.

  • You may not use any Company content, including images, voice, or likeness, with AI or machine learning tools.

5. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

  • Copy, edit, or repackage the course for resale.

  • Upload, publish, or distribute course content without written permission.

  • Sell or share any bonus guides, templates, or additional resources provided with the course.

10. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Refund Policy

All purchases of digital products from The Instagram Growth Edit™ (operated by The Online Business Edit with Mashi Peiris) are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Non-Refundable Purchases

    • Due to the digital nature of our products (online courses, templates, and resource materials), all sales are final.

    • Once the product has been delivered or accessed, it is considered “used” and is therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Payment Processing

    • Transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe, which use SSL encryption.

    • Your credit or debit card details are never stored by us during this process.

  • Product Delivery

    • If you do not receive your digital product after purchase, please contact us immediately at hello@mashipeiris.com with your payment details. We will ensure the product is delivered as soon as possible.

  • Chargebacks

    • By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback. If a chargeback is filed, your access to all course materials, resources, and coaching will be revoked immediately, and the Company reserves the right to recover the original payment amount plus any associated fees.
