These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of The Online Business Edit™ (the “Program”) created and provided by Growth Unlocked with Mashi Peiris (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Program, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to purchase or access the Program.

2. PROGRAM ACCESS

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate digital access to the Program materials.

  • This includes the online course, templates, tools, funnels, and bonuses as described at checkout.

  • Access is provided for your personal or internal business use only.

3. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • All payments are due in full at the time of purchase.

  • All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be given as this is a digital product with immediate access.

  • By purchasing, you agree not to dispute charges or request chargebacks through your bank or credit card provider. If you initiate a chargeback, your access to the Program, including all materials and coaching, will be terminated immediately. The Company also reserves the right to recover the original payment amount, along with any associated costs or fees incurred as a result of the chargeback.

3A. PAYMENT - INSTALMENT OPTION

  • If you choose the payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled instalments in full.

  • By selecting the instalment option, you are committing to the total programme fee, not a partial payment.

  • Access to the Program is granted upon receipt of the first instalment and remains active provided all subsequent payments are successfully processed.

  • If a scheduled payment fails or is declined and is not resolved within seven (7) days, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the Program, including all materials and coaching, until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

  • Failure to complete the agreed instalments does not cancel the remaining balance owed. The Company reserves the right to recover any unpaid amounts, including associated administrative or processing costs.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content within the Program including videos, templates, guides, logos, and written materials are the sole property of the Company.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Program for your own personal or business development.

  • You may not share, resell, distribute, reproduce, or claim ownership of any part of the Program.

  • You may not impersonate the Company or use our name, likeness, or materials to mislead others.

  • You may not use any Company content, including images, voice, or likeness, with AI or machine learning tools.

5. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

  • Copy, edit, or repackage the Program for resale.

  • Upload, publish, or distribute Program content without written permission.

  • Sell or share any bonus guides, templates, or additional resources provided with the Program.

6. DISCLAIMER

Educational Disclaimer

The Program is for educational purposes only. Nothing in the Program should be considered legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your business decisions and results.

Income Disclaimer

We may share examples of income earned by us or our students. These are illustrative only and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Your success depends on many factors outside our control, including your effort, skills, resources, and market conditions. You understand that there is no promise of earnings or results from your participation in the Program.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Program.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Program, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the content.

9. DEFAMATION & CONDUCT

You agree not to engage in any defamatory, abusive, or harmful conduct towards the Company, its brand, or its representatives. Negative or defamatory public comments that damage our reputation may result in termination of your access without refund and potential legal action.

10. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We may revoke or suspend your access to the Program if you breach these Terms. No refunds will be provided in this case.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to provide access to the Program due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to technical failures, platform outages, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through written communication with the Company.

  • If not resolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of Cyprus.

  • You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund Policy

At The Online Business Edit™, I want every woman who joins to feel confident in her decision.

That's why I offer a 72-Hour Confidence Guarantee, allowing you to experience the beginning of the programme before committing to the full journey.

1. 72-HOUR CONFIDENCE GUARANTEE

  • When you enrol in The Online Business Edit™, you will receive immediate access to Module 1.

  • You then have 72 hours from the time of purchase to work through Module 1 and determine whether the programme is the right fit for you.

  • If, within those 72 hours, you decide the programme is not suitable for your needs, simply email hello@mashipeiris.com requesting a refund. Your refund will be processed in full. No lengthy forms. No complicated process.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee:

  • Your request must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase.

  • You must only have accessed the content available during the guarantee period (Module 1).

  • Any refund request submitted after the 72-hour period has expired will not be eligible for a refund.

3. AFTER THE 72-HOUR PERIOD

Once the 72-hour guarantee period has passed and you choose to continue, additional programme content, templates, resources, DFY materials, AI prompt vault resources, and other proprietary assets become available.

At that point, all sales become final and no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the digital nature of the programme and the immediate delivery of proprietary content, all purchases outside the 72-Hour Confidence Guarantee are non-refundable.

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal, using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full credit card or debit card information.

6. ACCESS ISSUES

If you experience any issues accessing your programme materials after purchase, please contact hello@mashipeiris.com and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

7. CHARGEBACKS

By purchasing The Online Business Edit™, you agree to first contact us to resolve any concerns regarding your purchase.

  • If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after access has been granted, access to all programme materials may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.

  • The Company reserves the right to provide evidence of acceptance of these Terms and the Refund Policy to the relevant payment processor, and recover the original payment amount plus any associated fees.
